Very RARE Original WWII German NSRL Large Banner Flag Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified. The DRL, “Deutschen Reichsbundes für Leibesübungen” (German State-league for Physical-training), incorporated the NSRL,”National Sozialistische Reichsbund für Leibesübungen” (National Socialist State-league for Physical-training), into it in 1938. The original NSRL emblem, being a national eagle with down-swept wings and a mobile swastika superimposed on its breast, was a carried over to the DRL.  A 74″/117″  flag, whose red field in the center by an 40cm wide white column, which widens into a 75cm diameter circle to its center, against which is a printed black NSRL eagle with a white swastika superimposed upon its breast. Tunnel loop is sewn to its hoist edge. We placed a helmet on the flag for size reference used example showing the expected storage wear but ALMOST MINT!.   Reinforced leather ends and rope loops for attaching to a pole.
