Nuremberg Desk Set With Eagle on Marble Base. Excellent condition, very high quality solid marble NSDAP desk set with Nuremberg Style eagle. It has both inkwells with the ink bottles intact and is a striking looking decoration. Measures 15″ wide x 9″ tall, weighs 22lb.  Very fine condition. One of the ink well covers has come off but it still displays well. Nuremburg desk sets and eagles were often given as prizes for competitions held at the Nuremberg rallies, and also as presentations to members of the political elite.  Very fine condition.
