Papers Please! An OUTSTANDING VERY RARE WWII German Army Soldier’s Driver’s License Certified. Before a WW2 German service member could operate a Wehrmacht vehicle, he had to be trained to drive that vehicle and pass an examination. The license, Wehrmacht Führerschein (“Wehrmacht Driver’s License”), contained information concerning unit, birth date, training unit, date of issue, issue number, and class of license. This is a class “3” for Automobiles. on oilcloth. It is not known if the soldier survived the war. An outstanding document! with details and the personal information of the bearer. These are excellent for teachers and researchers. During de-Nazification much of this type of material like so many WWII documents was destroyed. in good used condition.
