Original WWII German Luftwaffe Large Mess Hall Set Of Three Taken By A U.S. Veteran Certified.  This is from a Luftwaffe mess hall set. This was for mess hall dinners. Very heavy with maker mark and a very nice roll stamped Luftwaffe eagle.  Set of three large table pieces. Knife, Fork, and Spoon.  These pieces were taken by a U.S. Soldier during WWII as “Loot” or “Trophy of War”. This mess hall pattern was found in May of 1945. It is part of the Dr. Mark Griffith collection of WWII silver and he and interviewed hundreds of Veterans pictured here.
