This is a stick pin of one of the Heimat und Alarm Flakartillerie civil group, which consisted of factory and office employees in industrial areas, who were trained to to fire anti-aircraft flak fire close to their place of work. This stick pin was awarded upon completion of Flak training.   civilian employees attached to the Luftwaffe Flak Auxiliary Service.
