Original German NSDAP (NAZI PARTY) SA (Brown Shirts) Dagger Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified. This early SA Dagger is in fine condition throughout. The crossguards are great and the tang nut does not look to have been turned. The grip is in good condition. The SA runes button is in good condition. The nickel grip eagle; this bird shows only modest wear. The wood grip does have one tiny chip near the top (see photos). scabbard shell is a fine example and straight throughout. The “anodized” finish is completely intact, with all of the the factory lacquer (one small scratch) . The scabbard mounts are in very nice condition, with a good finish .  Attached to the carrying ring is the original short hanger. It is an early example with nickel hardware. The blade is excellent, with full crossgrain and nice deep, dark SA motto. The dark and crisp acid etched “Alles für Deutschland” motto. . The SA motto is very nice.  The reverse ricasso is matching etched with the “Carl Schmidt Sohn A.-G. Solingen” maker mark with cabin logo is clearly executed. The reverse of the lower crossguard is Gruppe stamped “WF”. The bottom scabbard ball does have a dent and small split from being dropped at some point (see photo). A beautiful example, typical Veteran bringback.  Nice period used SA Dagger  captured by a U.S. Veteran   and brought home as a war trophy. Nice used example showing the expected age and wear. 100% Guaranteed to be authentic Brought home by a solider as a trophy of war. A very desirable a good bringback   example. Don’t miss this one!
