Original German NSDAP (NAZI PARTY) SA (Brown Shirts) Dagger 1938 Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified. The blade on this one is excellent! The dark and crisp acid etched “Alles für Deutschland” motto and “RZM M7/19 1938” (Edward Wüsthof Dreizackwerk, Solingen) maker mark are both beautifully executed! The crossgrain is beautiful and can be seen the full length of the blade! The tip is perfect as is the fit! The blade rates an easy very good. It has one small area of a dent on the scabbard  and surface scratches throughout. The steel based brown enamel painted scabbard has 98%+ of its original paint still intact!  The nickel-silver plated scabbard fittings show minor spotting wear, yet retains 95%+ of its plating. The ball remains perfectly round and all four screws remain intact. The scabbard/crossguard fit is perfect and closes with a snap! The nickel-silver plated crossguards are in wonderful shape, retaining 98%+ of their plating! The light brown hardwood grip is in excellent condition! Minor surface scratches/pressure marks but that’s it! minor crack, a small  chip and slight  split. The eagle is wonderfully detailed and sits perfectly in the grip. The SA roundel retains 85%+ of its enamel and also has a perfect fit! The handle is a little loose but since it was never unscrewed and the top nut is perfect we did not attempt to tighten it (this is minor) A beautiful example that you will be proud to own! Nice period used SA Dagger  captured by a U.S. Veteran   and brought home as a war trophy.
