(Sport-Wettkämpfe Abzeichen) An approximately 40mm diameter, die-struck alloy badge which features the S.A. Sports badge to its center, being a vertical sword over a mobile swastika surrounded by an oak leaf wreath, with the image encircled by an inscription reading “SA Gruppe Bayer Ostmark – 1938 – Sport = U. Wehrwettkämpfe -“. Unmarked and complete with horizontal pin-back device. Scarce. Nice example showing the expected minor age and wear overall good   condition.  One of the classic desirable collector’s items   from the third Reich in used but in good but used condition.
