Original German NSDAP (NAZI PARTY) “REICHSPARTEITAG 1937” BADGE Certified. Because the city of Nürnberg was viewed as a city rich in Germanic and Imperial History by Adolf Hitler, it was used for NSDAP rallies that were held for one week every September from 1933-1938. This extravaganza was attended by SS, SA, Labor Service, Hitler Jugend and Wehrmacht members that paraded through the walled city and while standing en-masse, would pay tribute to Adolf Hitler and their deceased heroes. An official, badge designed by Richard Klein to commemorate a rally of the NSDAP on “2-11, September 1937.” The 42mm diameter zinc badge which features, to its obverse, an eagle and swastika above a group of 3 shirtless men. In the background is a stake with bunches of grapes upon it, alongside of which is a “1937” date. “Reichsparteitag” arches along the base of the obverse. To the reverse is an embossed RZM mark beneath it, indicating, as is embossed beneath that, the manufacturer mark”. pin and catch work. the medal has Some wear and expected issues.
