High quality white celluloid construction badge in the form of an eagle with a mobile swastika to its breast, a sword in one talon, and a hammer in the other. A pierced scroll is above it which reads “Gebietsaufmarsch” (Area-parade), “Gebiet” (Area), and “Westf. 9” (Westphalia 9).
