Original 1930’s Plate Of Adolf Hitler’s House The Berghof (Haus Wachenfeld). A very rare hand paitned plate of Hitler’s House maker marked “Rosenthal Selb Bavaria” with the words “Haus Wachenfeld Obersalzberg”. In the early days of Hitler’s power people would go to the Obersalzberg near Berchtesgaden as tourist to try to catch a gimps of their beloved Fuhrer Adolf Hitler. Security was surprisingly   laxed in the those first few years. Hitler would even go outside and great people sometimes. This all changed as time went on. Many of the hotels and shops in Berchtesgaden would sell souvenirs like this plate. Some were better than others. This plate is exquisite quality. It is hand painted and the glaze is raised giving it a 3-D appearance. Hitler bought the “Haus Wachenfeld that would later be called “The Berghof”. This makes this plate’s date Early to mid 1930’s before the massive renovations that would transform Hitler’s “Haus Wachenfeld” to “The Berghof”. Most Hitler related items like these were destroyed or thrown away many years ago making this relic very rare.    Nice   example showing the expected but minimal age and wear. 100% Guaranteed to be authentic.
