Extremely Rare Complete Box Of Herman Goering’s Personal Cigars Taken From His Train Car By A U.S. Soldier. A box of Herman Goering’s personal cigars with his crest on the box and individual cigars. Each cigar is enclosed in it’s own clear tube with foil. Several boxes where “liberated” from his train car in Bertadgaden Germany in May of 1945 by U.S. soldiers, but this is the only one we have seen with ALL cigars intact. Extremely rare! Soldiers were celebrating the end of the war and almost all of the “liberated” Herman Goering cigars were smoked in the celebrations!
