A piece of German shrapnel fired at the Americans recovered in the Bois Jacques (Jacks Woods), where Easy Company fought during the battle of the bulge. The last relic is a piece of the original foundation from Adolf Hitler’s Berghof (his house), Easy Company was one of the first US units into the Bertesgaden area and the infamous Eagles Nest.
