Adolf Hitler’s Personal Smoker Set Hand Hammered Silver Cigarette Box One The Rarest Of The Hitler silver items  Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified. A  hand hammered silver box made by FHW. This box has Adolf Hitler’s personal eagle and “AH” monogram and Greek key pattern as found on his formal pattern silver pieces. The inside is lined with wood and there is a trace of original tobacco still inside! (see photos) These formal sets were found at The Eagle’s Nest, Berghof, Fuhrerbau/Brown House, and the Reich Chancellery. It is well known that Hitler did not smoke but provided the “Smoker Set” for his guests to smoke on the terrace of the Berghof. The set contained the tray  a cigar box, a cigarette box (as offered here), and a large match box, and a candle holder to light cigars. This box  is in good condition with some wear and tarnish spots and a few areas of small scratches  from use. The maker mark on the back is deep and visible This box was captured and Brought home by a U.S. Veteran as a trophy of war. We believe this box was most likely from the Berghof but was also used at the Fuhrerbau and Eagle’s Nest. This is the most sought after  of all the Hitler silver  and one of the RAREST.
