Adolf Hitler’s Personal Silver Luncheon Knife Apartment Informal Pattern Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified By The Gettysburg Museum Of History. A silver Knife with Adolf Hitler’s personal eagle and “AH” monogram used for informal lunches and dinners at his apartment in Munich. This is the pattern Hitler used personally on an almost daily basis. This pattern was also found at the Brown House in Munich. This piece has all the proper hallmarks (see photos) made of .800 solid silver with a stainless blade. 7″ inches long. Does have a few very small marks from use. Brought home by a U.S. Veteran of the 42nd Division who was among the first into Hitler’s Munich Apartment. This was part of the famous Dr. Mark Griffith Collection who wrote 2 books on Hitler silver and was purchased directory from the Veteran by him in the 1970’s.  In Griffith’s 2nd book he details how this pattern was only at the Munich apartment and was the set Hitler ate with almost daily.
