Adolf Hitler’s Personal Berghof Pattern Cloth Napkin “Liberated” By A U.S. Solider Certified By The Gettysburg Museum Of History. Original Adolf Hitler cloth white 12”/12” informal lunch/dinner napkin with Adolf Hitler “A.H.” runic monogram with blue design. This was used at his home “The Berghof” near Berchtesgaden for formal lunches and dinners. The stitching and embroidery are correct for this piece. At the end of WWII this piece along with several other pieces were taken by a local who had access to the Berghof. A H monogram. It is in used condition with some tears . The back of the AH monogram is stabilized by a piece of archival tape by us to keep any further wear from occurring. This napkin along with several other items was “liberated” in May 1945 by a U.S. solider. Most of this pattern was liberated by the French 2nd Armor. Not many of these are in U.S. hands. There is a video of the French 2nd Armor Museum in Paris and these are in that film. 100% guaranteed to be authentic complete museum documentation (COA) provided.
