Original Nice Civil War Excavated Relic U.S. Eagle Breast  plate recovered at Winchester and it is is an older recovered breast plate. A very historic recovery location.   Recovered at Winchester, Virginia what was then off National Park property and is 100% Legal and 100% authentic. A very smooth OUTSTANDING  chocolate brown patina (the way we like them)! Both of the two hooks is intact and  it looks good, in  relic condition. This is one of the early pick-up breast  plates from an old collection.  Documented Breast plates are very difficult to find and only come from old collections.
