Original Nice Struck Civil War Excavated Relic U.S. Eagle Breast  plate recovered at Culper and it is is an older recovered breast plate. A very historic recovery location.   Recovered in Culper, Virginia.  what was then off National Park property and is 100% Legal and 100% authentic. Both of the two hooks are broken and  it looks good, in  very  relic condition.A  brown and white patina. An early pick-up breast plates from an old collection. it was struck by something (possibly battle damaged).  Documented Breast plates are very difficult to find and only come from old collections.
