Very Nice Original Excavated Civil War U.S. Belt Plate (Buckle).  Certified By The Gettysburg Museum Of History. A stamped brass lead filled model 1863 U.S. belt plate.  This plate has a nice combat used appearance showing  wear, This plate looks to be combat worn (see photos)..It has a deep rich chocolate brown patina (the way we like them).  This plate was excavated from an unknown  battlefield  (dug from the ground).  100% authentic.   Two of  the  three  hooks are present and it looks great, in excellent used condition.  Plates   like   this   are almost impossible to find and only come from old collections. 100% guaranteed to be authentic Gettysburg Museum certified, museum COA provided.    Also note when browsing our web site there are several pages of items, at the bottom of the list look for other page numbers.
