Very Nice Original Civil War U.S. Belt Plate (Buckle) with original leather belt.  Certified By The Gettysburg Museum Of History. A stamped brass lead filled model 1863 U.S. belt plate.   This plate has a nice combat used look, (see photos). The belt is pliable and not stiff at all (very good condition)  100% authentic. All of the three hooks are present, and it looks great, in  used condition.
