Nice Original Civil War Maker Marked Cap Box Certified By The Gettysburg Museum Of History. Complete example with both belt loops intact and has one original percussion cap that was found inside.  Exterior flap marked: “R. White U.S. ORD DEPT. SUB INSPECTOR”.  Interior marked S.H. Young & Co, Newark N.J. Pouch shows some flaking. The leather is pliable and opens easily. An excellent Civil War artifact at a reasonable price.
