Original Civil War Period Pin fire .44 Caliber steel frame  Double Barrel  Antique Pistol Certified. Civil War Period .44 caliber Pistol. In Non- Working  condition with duel independent drop triggers Civil War period model pistol .   It is a standard  version with plane wood grips and steel frame.  This gun’s spring  does not work and does not fire and cock on both  of the two triggers and hammers.  It has a “drop trigger” system the triggers are now gone! (Priced accordingly) . Excellent display only gun!   the grips are worn and have a small chip.   has some very mild surface pitting. The gun  is about .44 caliber (see photos) .  A real double barrel HAND CANNON!    Many European weapons were exported to the US for sale before and during the Civil War. A classic Civil War period pistol and A choice functioning display gun.  A favorite of both Confederate and Union soldiers during the Civil War.
