Original German NSDAP (NAZI PARTY) 1936 KOBLENZ-TRIER PROVINCIAL DAY BADGE. (Gautag Abzeichen) Certified. Stamped aluminum badge, roughly in the form of a vertical oval. The west German province of Moselland is to the center of the badge, with its main rivers and both of its principal cities clearly indicated. “Gau-Tag” and “26-28.6.36” follows the contours of the left edge of the badge. An angled, static swastika with a large profiled eagle atop it and extending beyond the perimeters of the oval is to the right side. A horizontal pin-back device is crimped to its reverse.  A great piece!  Scarce. Nice example showing the expected minor age and wear overall good   condition.  One of the classic desirable collector’s items  from the third Reich in used but in good but used condition.
