- Items typically ship within 3- 5 days. May take longer based on volume.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once the order is ready to ship.
- Due to international restrictions and customs laws, we DO NOT Ship Internationally.
- We DO NOT Ship to Alternate Addresses. Billing & Shipping MUST match.
- Do Not Provide Us With Specific Delivery Instructions We Cannot Relay That To Your Post Office. You Must Make Those Arrangements With Your Postal Carrier.
- We do not sell based on approval. We try incredibly hard to be as transparent as possible with each item and give as many details and photos as we can, so you know what you are purchasing. If you decide to RETURN or CANCEL an order, there will be a 20% restocking fee taken from the refund.
- WE SHIP EVERYTHING VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL. IF THE POST OFFICE IS EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN DELIVERY, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE DELAYS.
How to Return an Item
All relics sold by the Gettysburg Museum of History are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We take great care in packing our orders to ensure they are not damaged in shipping, however, if damage occurs please contact us and we can replace the riker box if necessary.
Items purchased from our gift shop must be in its original condition and packaging to be returned, unless the item is damaged. You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase.

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include packaged items from our gift shop.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange
Exchanges
If your clothing item is in new and unworn condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size.
We will not pay return postage.
