VERY RARE USED AND WORN STAR OF DAVID (JEWISH STAR) “JOOD” Version Certified By The Gettysburg Museum Of History. Jood Star of David badge worn by the Dutch Jewish population in German occupied Netherlands. In spring 1942, all Dutch Jewish men, women, and children over the age of six were required to wear one of these Jood cloth badges attached to their outer clothing at all times. The badges were imposed to make it easy to humiliate and separate Jews from the rest of the population. In most places, the Jews were responsible for the manufacture and distribution of the badges. This type was printed on rolls of cloth with dotted cutting guidelines and cut off as needed. Super scarce used condition Jewish star of David made from the correct yellow fabric with the guaranteed authentic weaving in its JOOD version for Dutch Jews. The star has written in the interior the word “JOOD” (Jew) in Dutch imitating the Hebrew alphabet letters. Star was used because it’s cut and stitched on the reverse. Some light staining. Used condition stars of David are very desirable to collectors! There is more unused version around that were found at the end of WWII, but these authentic used versions are VERY RARE AND VERY HISTORIC! Not many are seen for sale and less guaranteed originals like this one!  Complete museum documentation (COA) Provided. Certified by The Gettysburg Museum of History. The Gettysburg Museum of History does not support or condone Adolf Hitler or the Nazi Party and is only offering this as a historic relic.
