Original DR Marked Cloth Napkin From Herman Goering’s Personal Train Taken By A U.S. Veteran Certified. This napkin is quite large, measuring 24/24 inches. It remains in good condition. It is marked with the train number 2o5. The napkin woven Deutsche Reichsbahn eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika. To the left and right of the eagle respectively are the initials “D” and “R”. The edge has  “2o5″, indicating that it from the dining car on the Göring train.  Goering was the number 2 person in the Third Reich and was know for fancy extravagant wealth.  He was the top Nazi next to Hitler and was tried and convicted at the Nuremberg trials. After his his conviction he cheated the hangman by taking poison. This napkin was taken by a U.S. Soldier during WWII as “Loot” or “Trophy of War”. This Goering silver pattern was found in his personal train  in May of 1945.
