Original German NSDAP (NAZI PARTY) Frankentag Hesselberg Abzeichen 1937 by C. Balmberger of Nürnberg Badge Certified. The badge  is constructed out of a die struck aluminum allow base that has been chemically burnished. The oval shaped obvers feature a centrally placed 2nd pattern Luftwaffe eagle, flanked by “19” and “37”, underneath “Frankentag Hesselberg”, and above a rising sun, Hesselberg and a half oak leaf wreath that is tied together at the bottom. The full back reverse has a horizontally crimped on well working steel pin assembly and is maker marked: “C. Balmberger Nürnberg”. It measures 1 1/4 inches wide by 1 13/16 inches tall. A nice piece! . Nice example showing the expected minor age and wear overall good  condition.
